What types of counseling do you offer?

We provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling, with a special focus on immigrants, expats, international students, trailing spouses, and anyone navigating life transitions.

Do you offer online counseling?

Yes. We provide both in-person sessions and secure online therapy to make counseling accessible wherever you are in the world.

How long is each session?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Group sessions may run 60– 90 minutes, depending on the format.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide superbills for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your hopes and goals, and how we can best work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you set the pace.

How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

We offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can ask questions, learn about our approach, and decide if it feels like a good fit.

How much do sessions cost?

  • Individual Counseling – $130 / 50 minutes
  • Couples & Family Counseling – $150 / 50 minutes

  • Group Therapy – Pricing varies depending on the group

  • We also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients with financial need.
